1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery services in whole Kolkata.
If your location is outside our delivery area, your order may be canceled and refunded.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement.
- Delivery is usually completed within 1 to 3 working days, depending on your location and product availability.
- We do not deliver on public holidays or during extreme weather conditions that may affect transportation.
3. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery on orders above ₹1499.
- A flat delivery charge of 40 applies for orders below the minimum value.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
4. Delivery Process
- Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive updates via SMS/email/WhatsApp regarding dispatch and delivery.
- Our delivery partner or staff will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- If you are not available, our team may attempt to contact you. Re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or lockdowns
- Transport issues or remote delivery locations.
We will notify you in case of any expected delays.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve it promptly via replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
