Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or broken products
  • Expired items delivered
  • Incorrect items delivered (wrong product, quantity, or variant)

To be eligible:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Proof such as a photo or video of the product must be provided.

2. How to Request a Return

Include the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Issue description
  • Clear photos/videos of the product

We will respond within 24–48 hours.

 

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, wallet, card, etc.)

Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, dairy, etc.) unless delivered damaged

Products returned after 24 hours of delivery

Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with

Change of mind after delivery

 

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is cancelled by us due to stock or delivery issues, you will receive a full refund.
